Ingredients

cashews

125 ml raw cashews or pine nuts

tomato

160 ml tomato

lemon

30 ml lemon juice

nutritional yeast

15 ml nutritional yeast

garlic

1 clove garlic

sea salt

5 ml sea salt

broccoli

1 L broccoli florets

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients, except for the broccoli, until creamy.
  • Toss blended ingredients on the broccoli florets.
  • Set on covered dehydrator tray.
  • Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 48°C in the Sedona Express Food Dehydrator.
  • Enjoy fresh!
